The Department of Civil Engineering at Vardhaman College of Engineering demonstrates sustained placement performance through systematic industry interaction and structured career development initiatives, in coordination with the Training and Placement Cell. Students are placed in reputed organizations such as Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt. Ltd., Sobha Ltd., NCL Industries Limited, Concrete OEM, Kamai Elevators, ASC International, KNCC LLP, Shangrila Infracon India Pvt. Ltd., Acmegrade Pvt. Ltd., Econstruct Design & Build Pvt. Ltd., and Quess Corp Limited (Katerra), as well as multinational professional and technology service organizations including Accenture, Cognizant, Collabera Digital, Vienna IT Networks, Trigent Software, and Digit.
Placement roles include Graduate Engineer Trainee, Site Engineer, Planning/Design Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and Technical Associate. Salary packages range from ₹2.0 LPA to ₹13.0 LPA.
